当前我国建筑工程管理现状及创新探究 　　摘要：随着建筑行业的迅速发展，建筑工程管理显得越来越重要，建筑工程管理不仅关系到工程项目是否能够按时保质的完成，还关系到建筑企业的形象和经济利益，关系到企业市场竞争力的提高，因此，建筑企业应该重视企业的管理问题。目前，我国的建筑工程管理还存在着一些问题，这些问题制约了建筑企业的发展，企业的管理亟需创新。本文首先总结了当前我国建筑工程管理的现状，继而从管理观念、管理技术、管理机制和人员素质几个方面，提出了建筑工程管理的创新措施，希望对企业管理有所帮助。 　　关键字：建筑工程管理现状创新策略 　　Abstract: with the rapid development of the construction industry, construction project management is becoming more and more important, construction project management is not only related to the project on time whether to completion with good quality, but also related to the construction enterprise image and economic benefits, in relation to the improvement of market competitive power, and therefore, the construction enterprise should pay attention to the management of the enterprise. At present, our countrys construction project management some problems still exist, these problems restricted the construction enterprise development, enterprises management needs innovation. This paper summarizes the current situation of construction project management, and then from the management concept, management technology, management and the personnel quality aspects, and puts forward the measures of construction project management innovation, and hopes to help enterprise management. 　　Key word: construction project management present situation innovation strategy 　　 　　 　　中图分类号：TU74文献标识码：A 文章编号： 　　企业发展离不开企业管理，建筑企业的管理包含了企业从投招标到项目竣工的全过程，因此对工程质量、进度、经济效益等都有很大的影响，随着我国建筑业施工管理体制的改革，建筑工程管理需要创新。 　　一、当前我国建筑工程管理的现状 　　（一）缺乏完善的建筑工程管理体制 　　完善的建筑工程管理体制是项目工程按时保质竣工的依据，企业应该设置专门的管理机构与部门，并合理分配人员岗位，明确岗位职责，根据项目的标准来安排任务等。但是我国的大多数建筑企业都缺乏完善的管理体制，使得建筑管理活动无据可依、无章可循，企业往往为了减少成本，减少管理人员的数量或者取消管理部门，使得管理人员身兼数职，不能全心投入的去制定管理制度，进行管理工作。有些企业对制定的管理制度不落实，虽然国家加大了对建筑工程的管理力度，也初步制定了管理制度，但是企业在实施过程中并没有落实，管理制度只是流于形式，并未发挥真正的作用。 　　（二）建筑工程管理的观念过于陈旧 　　受到传统计划经济的影响，企业往往以硬性指令来进行管理，对管理工作也缺乏足够的重视，随着近年来建筑行业的发展速度加快，企业在面临强大的竞争时更加重视经济带来了效益，在建筑施工过程中，企业往往追求的是质量和进度，而把管理工作抛在脑后。我国正处于经济起飞阶段，在发展过程中需要大量的工程建设，建筑行业的发展前景是十分广阔的，但是企业的管理观念过于陈旧，“重技术、轻管理”的思想占主导地位，认为单纯依靠技术就能解决
