Abstract
In this paper is combined with the actual production, often found in automobile engine cylinder head fixture can not only meet the production requirements, with the automobile engine cylinder head fixture clamping workpiece production efficiency, low labor quality is not high, and often need to increase the marking process, specially designed for cylinder head hand, mainly including fixture locating scheme, the clamping scheme, the scheme of the knife, clamp locating and specific key aspects such as design and machining precision of analysis.
Cylinder head fixture this robot working principle is: by motor driven gear rack mechanism, driven by the meshing of gear and rack moving back and forth linear guide, linear guide, cylinder, flange and movement mechanical finger is linked together, so as to realize the whole mechanical finger lateral movement of the whole, adjust the distance between the manipulator hand, so as to realize the clamping of the engine cylinder head.
This design cylinder head hand good machining precision, pertinence, mainly used for clamping cylinder head machining.Its clamping force device,
