电动车电机轴承转子系统弱非线性主共振分析

摘要:以电动车电动机轴承转子系统为研究对象,考虑转子系统受不平衡磁拉力、油膜力、偏心力、阻尼力以及
非对称刚度等因素的影响。应用牛顿第二定律建立电动机轴承转子系统的弱非线性振动方程模型,应用求解非线性
方程的平均法,得到系统主共振的幅频响应方程。并分析电磁参数对系统主共振幅频响应曲线的影响,随着转子半
径、气密磁隙和铁芯长度的增加,系统的幅频响应曲线均向右偏移。
