安 徽 医 药 　A nhui Medical and Pharm aceutical Journal 　2004 Dec ;8 (6) 4·27 · 前臂缺血性肌挛缩的牵张保守治疗 1 2 孙 　俊 ,高学纯 ( 1. 安徽省黄山市人民医院骨科 ,安徽 黄山 　245000 ;2. 安徽医科大学附属医院骨科 ,安徽 合肥 　230022) 摘要 : 目的　探讨缺血性肌挛缩的牵张保守治疗并评价治疗效果。方法 　对 10 例前臂缺血性肌挛缩的早、中期治疗中有无维 持挛缩肌长度治疗措施分组进行疗效评价和分析。结果 　对挛缩肌进行维持长度治疗组 7 例中 ,优 6 例 ,差 1 例。对照组 3 例 ,差 3 例。结论 　针对缺血性肌挛缩受累肌进行维持长度的治疗 ,令其在尽可能正常的长度纤维化 ,稳定是可行的 ,可减轻患 手的病残程度。 关键词 :前臂屈肌 ;缺血 ,肌挛缩 ;牵张 ;保守治疗 ( ) 中国图书分类号: R 6851 　文献标识码 : A 　文章编号 : 1009 - 6469 2004 06 - 0427 - 03 The straining and conservative therapy in ischemic muscular contracture of forearm SUN J un , GAO Xuechun ( Dept of Orthopaedic , the People ’s Hospital of Huangshan , Huangshan 　245000) Abstract :Aim 　To assess the conservative therapy and its effect in the treatment of ischemic muscular contracture of forearm.Methods 　Assess and analyze the curative effect of 10 cases divided into 2 groups ,one treated by taking measure of retaining the length of con tracted muscles ,the other by non retaining option. Result 　In group A ,among 7 cases that treated by taking measure to retaining the lenth of contracted muscles ,6 cases were excellent ,1 case was poor. In group B ,all 3 cases were poor. Conclusion 　It is practicable that treating ischemic muscular contracture of forearm by the measure or retaining the length of contracted muscles and keeping its nor mal length as much as possible. it can optimize the pathologic process and minimize the extent of deformity.
