物业中心人事劳资管理员岗位职责
物业中心人事、劳资管理员在物业中心主任领导下负责物业中心人事劳资的管理工作具体职责如下:
1、负责物业中心的人力资源管理工作。严格执行后勤集团人事管理规定,编制用工计划合理调配各校区的用工数量,减少不合理用工,提高用工效率。
2、及时收集准确掌握人力资源信息,为领导干部决策提供信息服务。
3、及时准确填报物业中心员工考勤统计工作及其它各种报表统计上报工作的。
4、负责年度员工培训计划和工作技术等级考核的申报工作。
5、负责中心人事、劳资及各类文件材料发放、回收、归档及资料管理工作,认真做好各项工作记录。
6、负责物业中心福利发放和工会工作。
7、负责物业中心外联和接待工作。
8、完成领导交办的其它任务。
