毕业论文 （20_ _届） 汽车销售人员胜任力素质模型研究 摘 要 在我国，随着汽车产业的发展，销售人员的素质越来越受到汽车销售企业的重视。因此，加强汽车销售人员的理论探索和研究，建立汽车销售人员胜任力素质模型，有着重大的理论意义和现实意义。 本文以汽车销售人员为研究对象，通过行为事件访谈法收集构建胜任力素质模型所需的资料，从胜任力素质模型构建原则与研究步骤对本次研究设计进行阐述，通过确定目标岗位、界定绩优标准、选取样本组、收集整理数据信息四个步骤，对所得资料进行分析，最终得到汽车销售人员胜任力素质模型。 研究结果表明汽车销售人员的胜任力素质包括：成就导向、主动性、自我控制、自信、客户服务导向、人际理解力、专业知识等七个方面。 本研究结果可为汽车销售企业在销售人员招募与选拔、培训与开发、绩效评估与综合素质测评、薪酬管理、职业生涯等人力资源管理工作提供参考。 关键词：；；Abstract In our country, along with the development of the auto industry, the sales staff quality more and more important for car sales enterprise value. So, it has significant theoretical and practical meaning to strengthen theoretical probe and research on the construction of car salesman. The article based on car sales personnel as the research object, through the behavioral event interview method, collecting material for build a competence model. From competence quality construction principle and research model of this study design steps expounded, by identifying target position, define optimal standards and performance, select sample group, collect data information, analyzing data, get a car sales personnel competence model. The result indicates that the competence of a car salesman consists of 7 features: achievement orientation, initiative, self-control, self-confidence, customer service orientation, interpersonal understanding and professional knowledge. This result can serve as a reference for car sales enterprise on recruiting and training, as well as performance assessment, compensation management, career development and such hr management affairs.
