摘要 :采用直接注塑法制备了聚酰胺 66 ( PA66) /热致聚酰胺液晶 ( TLCP)复合材料 ,研究了共混物
的结晶行为、晶体形貌和力学性能。DSC研究表明 , PA66和 TLCP有较好的相容性 ,随着 TLCP含量的
增加 , PA66的结晶度、结晶速率下降。偏光显微照片显示 ,在 PA66中加入 TLCP后 , PA66的球晶明显
增大 ,晶界模糊 ,成为不规则的多面体。红外光谱分析表明 , TLCP和 PA66分子间存在着较强的相互作
用 ,形成了大量的氢键。力学性能分析表明 ,当加入质量含量 5%的 TLCP时 , PA66的拉伸强度、拉伸模
量增幅最大 ,分别达 2514%、2613% ,当 TLCP的质量含量小于 5%时 , PA66和 TLCP分子间相容性较
好 ,形成大量的分子间氢键 ,从而提高了力学性能 ;当 TLCP的质量含量大于 5%时 , TLCP分子间形成了
互锁的氢键 ,影响了共混材料力学性能的进一步提高。

Abstract: Polyam ide66 ( PA66) / thermotrop ic liquid crystalline copolyam ide ( TLCP) blends were p repared
by directly injection molding. The study focused on the crystallization behavior, crystal morphology and me2
chanical p roperties of blends. D ifferential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests showed that PA66 and TLCP were
compatible, and the crystallization rate and the degree of crystallization of PA66 tended to decrease with in2
creasing TLCP concentrations. PLM m icrographs revealed that spherulite form of PA66 increased and crystal in2
terface became fuzzy after adding TLCP. The results of the FTIR spectra showed that much intermolecular hy2
drogen bonding existed between PA66 and TLCP. Mechanical p roperties investigation revealed that the tensile
strength and the tensile modulus of blends with 5% TLCP increased most. This attributed to the good compati2
bility and intermolecular hydrogen bonding interaction between TLCP and PA66 when the TLCP content was
