摘 要
聚甲氧二甲醚是一种高十六烷值含氧柴油调和组分,与柴油调和后可提高混合燃料的十六烷值。它与传统的柴油燃料相比,在理化性能、燃烧性能等特性上,都十分接近,不仅可以直接提到传统柴油进行广泛应用,而且无需对现有的柴油机进行机械结构上的改进,是非常理想的柴油替代燃料,可以改善油品的燃烧性能,提高燃烧效率,大量减少有害物质的排放,具有极大的发展优势。本文介绍了甲醇下游产品甲缩醛和三聚甲醛为原料合成聚缩醛二甲醚的工艺路线。实验在高压反应釜中进行,采用室温离子液体为催化剂。然后分别考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、物料配比和反应体系中的压力对该反应的影响,最后得到较佳的工艺条件:催化剂用量为5 wt%,反应温度为1100C,物料质量配比(三聚甲醛/甲缩醛)为1.6,通入反应釜N2的压力为2.0MPa,反应时间4h。

Abstract
Polyoxymethylene dimethylethers(PODE) is a high cetane number and oxygen bearing compromise composite of diesel oil. which can improve cetane number of mixed fuel when blended with diesel oil. On the aspect of physical and chemical performance as well as combustion performance,mixed fuel is great compared with traditional diesel. Not only the additive can extend application of traditional diesel oil, but also the mixed fuel can apply to current mechanical structure. Therefore,it is a very idea substitute for diesel. The additive can improve combustion performance and efficiency of the oil as well as reduce the emission of hazardous matter. The paper introduce the process routine of polyacetal dimethyl ether,which adopted methylal and trioxymethylene. The research reacted in a high-pressure reactor and adopted ambient temperature ionic liquid as the catalyst. The research also investigated dosage of catalyst, ratio of raw materials, temperature and time of reaction as well as pressure in the system, which will effect the reaction. Finally, we get the optimum process condition: dosage of catalyst is 5% (wt%), ratio of trioxymethylene and methylal is 1.6:1,reaction temperature is 1100C, reaction time is 4h, nitrogen pressure is 2.0MPa.
