However, owing to some reasons such as history, geography, economy, cultural ideas and so on, higher education of Chinese minority still presents fairly laggard appearance under the new posit ion , and comes forth issues which worthy of attention . Aiming at these issues, this article analyses cultural causation of these issues, and puts forward to some countermeasures and suggestions.
