Therefore, the FTT is (10-3) / 10 = 0.7 = 70% ASK: Is that the only FTT we’re interested in? Could there be other places we could establish another data collection station? EXAMPLE: If dough is 90%, Make-up is 90% and end of oven is 90%, for the FTT of the whole process multiply 90X90X90 = 70%.
