堕堡鎏矍王盔:三竺罂主兰竺耋::j::基于数字图像技术的铸造表面粗糙度三维评定 堕堡鎏矍王盔:三竺罂主兰竺耋::j:: 基于数字图像技术的铸造表面粗糙度三维评定 摘要 表面粗糙度是评价表面质量的一个重要指标。对于铸造表面来说,过去 一直被认为是过于粗糙的表面,没有引起足够的重视而不加以评定。由于铸 造表面的复杂性,现有的二维检测标准中甚至都没有与微观不平度间距和形 状特性有关的表面粗糙度参数。有部分院校和研究机构采用传统的样块比较 方法或者触针式测量仪评定铸造表面粗糙度,但是这两类方法或难以保证测 试精度,或无法适用于现场检测。 随着科学技术的发展,表面粗糙度三维检测崭露头角。针对铸造表面的 特殊性,本文采用计算机数字图像处理与识别技术,采集被测铸件的表面轮 廓图像,将其转换成灰度图像进行处理;初步确立一套可实际测量的三维参 数及其算法;通过图像读入和参数计算,最后给出铸造表面粗糙度。尽管实 验是探索性的,但是验证了采用图像技术进行铸造表面粗糙度三维评定的可 行性,为以后建立科学的铸造表面粗糙度三维评定标准和开发相关的检测系 统打下了基础。 关键词表面粗糙度:数字图像处理;三维检测 堕尘耋矍三查兰三兰堡三兰竺兰兰TⅡE 堕尘耋矍三查兰三兰堡三兰竺兰兰 TⅡE THREE.DIMENSIoN EVALUATION OF CASTING SURFACE RoUGHNESS BASED oNDIGITAL IMAGING TECHNoLoGY Abstract The surface roughness is one of important parameters of surface quality evaluation.Casting surface was not attached importance in the past because it is too rough to be evaluated.Just for the reason of the complexity of the casting surface,the existing two-dimension evaluation standard does not consist of parameters relating to micro roughness space and profile characteristics. Technicians in some colleges and research institutes evaluated casting surface roughness used traditional comparator and probe instruments,but these traditional methods either was low in testing accuracy could not be used in spot testing. With the development of science and technology,the three—dimension measurement is making a figure in evaluating surface roughness In allusion to the particularity of the casting surface roughness,the author adopts digital image processing and recognizing technology of computer to gather the pictures of examined casting profile and change the pictures into gray level images.A set of three—dimension parameters suitable for measuring and relevant algorithm were established in the paper.The surface roughness of casting can be put OUt finally by reading pictures and calculating parameters based computer.
