[摘 要]本次论文采用S7-300设计了SBR污水处理控制系统。详细介绍了SBR污水处理工艺并在此基础上设计了系统的控制方案;设计了SBR污水处理控制系统的硬件软件以及人机界面仿真结果表明该控制系统能有效地对SBR污水处理过程进行监控。

Abstract:In the current study, SBR control system of sewage treatment was designed with S7-300. A detailed description was made on the process of wastewater treatment, which included water supply, reaction, precipitation, and drainage. On the basis of the process above, the system control scheme was established. The hardware and software of SBR system were devised as well as the man-machine interface. The aspects of hardware mainly included type selection of PLC and PLC I/O device. For the software, it mainly included the program flow chart, program design and simulation. Furthermore, man-machine design and configuration monitoring and simulation were comprised in human-machine interface.The results of simulation test showed that the designed SBR system could effectively monitor the sewage treatment process.
