地位。但库存具有两面性：一方面保障了供应链的正常运行；另一方面却又占用了大量资金，增加了供应链成

本。库存是企业的重要资产。本文对库存管理的主要形式、企业库存管理存在的问题、加强企业库存管理的

对策进行研究，进一步说明库存管理对企业的重要性。
