摘 要 目前國產線切割放電加工機之伺服機構,基本 上是採用旋轉馬達搭配滾珠螺 桿的間接線性傳動機構。而本文目的在探討線性馬達驅動之線切割放電加工機之 優點與特性並且與傳統滾珠螺桿驅動線切割機進行比較,文中推導滾珠螺桿及線 性馬達伺服系統之數學模式並進行系統參數鑑別,應用 PID 控制以探討位置控制 系統特性,運動控制實驗結果顯示線性馬達驅動伺服系統比傳統滾珠螺桿驅動系 統具有良好直線與圓弧軌跡精度,應用此滾珠螺桿與線性馬達驅動之線切割機進 行微機械元件加工實驗,實驗結果顯示採用線性馬達驅動之線切割機比滾珠螺桿 驅動之線切割機具有更高的加工精度。 關鍵詞: 滾珠螺桿、線性馬達、線切割放電加工機 I Abstract This report deals with advantages and characteristics of linear motor drives in comparison with ball-screw drives and presents its application in micro wire-EDM. Dynamic model and system identification of a ball screw drive and a linear-motor-driven servo system are derived and analyzed. A PID controller is employed to investigate the dynamic performance of the position control system. Motion control results show that the linear motor drive system can achieve higher contouring accuracy for various paths than that of the ball-screw drive system. Experimental results reveal that the developed linear motor drive wire-EDM machine can meet the requirement for micro machining. Keywords: Ball screw drive, Linear Motor, Wire-EDM Machine.
