摘要
摘要
分离膜技术作为一种新型的流体分离单元操作技术,与传统的分离工艺比较具有常温环境、低工作压力、无相变、无滤料溶出、高效、节能、环保、单元化、占地面积小等一系列特点,目前在水处理领域已得到广泛的应用。显现出较强的市场竞争优势。
分离膜技术应用过程中,设计占有举足轻重的作用。设计的优劣直接决定工程的质量。对于分离膜系统设计目前主要依据膜厂家提供的设计导则和工程人员的工程经验。而目前还无相应的国家设计规范或者标准。本人基于参与中石化在土库曼斯坦国脱盐分离膜工程设计,以本项目来介绍典型分离膜系统的设计。
本项目的产水量为35t/h,原水的水质达到国家生活饮用水水质标准,含盐量200ppm,要求处理后含盐量小于10ppm。系统主要的脱盐处理单元为反渗透处理,系统配制54支美国海德能公司高脱盐CPA2型反渗透膜元件,安装在9支6芯压力容器中,采用36:18的排列方式,回收率为75%。预处理工艺采用多介质过滤器+超滤,多介质过滤器选用北京万侯环境技术公司生产的WFG型过滤器。超滤膜选用的是日本旭化成UAN-620A型,共16支,分为两组。
