Hoists the skip machine structure to be compact, the area is small, has the enough ability to hoist raw materials to the small furnace, and can realize the automatic control.In the small furnace, the skip to hoist raw materials is widely used. And the main hoists system take the blast furnace as the entire blast furnaces core equipment, is responsible for raw material the transportation. The hoists system to use the high technology and new technology to carry on the reasonable control and the optimization then becomes an important topic for steel and iron craft in the modern. Therefore, the research and development of automated feeding system of blast furnace with high practical value. The design introduced the Siemens S7-200PLC in the blast furnace and converter automatic feeding system, discusses the use of Siemens S7-200 programmable controller and inverter control to change the speed of hoist motor on the basic process of material . Focuses on how the programmable controller and inverter to achieve the car automatic feeding problems, understand car control automatic feeding process and the process owners are familiar with how to use the controller and the PLC is expected to set the realization of cars running mode and frequency device is expected to set the regulation of vehicle speed, thereby to achieve the perfection and the realization of the system.
