《现代仪器与医疗》 2014年  第20卷   第5期 论 著 傅里叶变换红外光谱应用于难治性细菌性 阴道病诊断研究 1 2 2 2 1 2 2 李宁 　谭珍媛 　陈铁寓 　黄天明 　黄玉葵 　龙盛京 　彭兴 （1.南宁市妇女儿童医院，广西南宁　530021；2. 广西医科大学，广西南宁　530021 ） [摘　要]　利用一维傅里叶变换红外光谱法及二维红外相关光谱法对难治性细菌性阴道病患者与正常 妇女分泌物进行研究，探讨其一维、二维红外光谱特征及其差异，为快速诊断难治性细菌性阴道病提 供依据。实验结果表明，病患者分泌物的一维红外光谱主要具有如下特征：与蛋白质、核酸、肽聚糖 相关红外吸收峰的峰强比I3380/I1460 和I1550/I1460 ，I1080/I1460 ，I1026/I1460 明显升高，表明分泌物中蛋白质、核酸、 壳聚糖的含量升高，而与脂类相关的I2925/I1460 则低于正常值表明分泌物中脂类含量降低。此外，患者 酰胺I 带波数明显降低，显示其蛋白质二级结构组成与正常人的有明显差异；结合二阶导数光谱和二 维红外光谱可以将患者与正常人的分泌物完全区分开来。初步研究表明，FT-IR 有可能为快速诊断难 治性细菌性阴道病提供一种新的方法和技术。 [关键词]　难治性细菌性阴道病；诊断；傅里叶红外，二维红外 中图分类号：Ｒ711.31　O657　文献标识码：A　文章编号：2095-5200（2014）05-001-04 DOI：10.11876/mimt201405001 Research on Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscropy for the Diagnose of Recurrent Bacterial Vaginosis LI Ning 1 TAN Zhen-yuan2 CHEN Tie-yu2 HUANG Tian-ming2 　 ， ， ， ， HUANG Yu-kui1 LONG Sheng-jing2 PENG Xing2. 1.
