摘 要
汽车悬架系统对汽车行驶的安全性和乘坐舒适性有着非常重要的影响。20世纪中叶,车子前悬架由工形发展为长短臂,此后,前轮驱动轿车的长短臂系统悬架又被麦克弗逊撑杆式悬架代替。到20世纪末,汽车悬架电子技术的应用越来越广泛。
论文首先介绍了电控悬架的组成、作用与工作原理,说明了各种电控悬架传感器在系统中的应用和方法,分析了电控悬架ECU的内在控制逻辑,对悬架电控系统的构造、原理进行了详细的阐述。论文最后给出了电控悬架故障的诊断思路和检测方法,介绍了典型元件的维修步骤和工艺要求,并结合实际生产中的悬架故障,对相关故障诊断思路和整个维修过程进行了详细说明。
电控悬架在汽车的应用,提高了汽车乘坐的舒适性与操作稳定性。电控悬架检修技术的提高,有利于该技术更好的推广应用。

Abstract
The automobile suspension system for the safety of the car and ride comfort has a very important influence. The middle of the 20th century, the car front suspension by workers form development for the length of arm, since then, the length of the front wheel drive car suspension arm system was McPherson suspension instead of poles. By the end of the 20th century, automobile suspended frame in the application of electronic technology is more and more widely.
The paper firstly introduces the composition, function and working principle of electronic control suspension, shows the application of all kinds of electronic control suspension sensors in the system and methods, analysis of the internal control logic of the electronically controlled suspension ECU, on the structure, principle of electric control system of suspension in detail in this paper. The paper finally gives the electronically controlled suspension fault diagnosis thinking and detection method, this paper introduces the typical components of maintenance procedures and process requirement, and combined with the actual production of suspension, the related fault diagnosis thinking and the whole maintenance process in detail.
In the application of automobile electronic control suspension, to improve the vehicle ride comfort and operation stability,. Electronically controlled suspension overhaul technology of improving, be helpful for extension and application of the technology better.
