湖南工业大学本科毕业论文PAGE PAGE I本科毕业设计（论文）题 目 名 称： 基于供应链管理的整车渠道 库存优化策略 摘 要当今世界，存货管理是企业资产管理的重要组成部分，但仅仅对单一企业存货管理进行优化远远不能满足当前经济发展多家企业互为联系的供应链大趋势。在复杂的汽车供应系统中仅依靠汽车制造商单方面压缩成本已经不能顺应汽车产业的发展要求，需要从整个汽车供应系统中挖掘新的利润增长点，企业必须综合考虑与整车供应链上的合作伙伴间跨企业的存货协同问题。要解决汽车整车系统的库存问题，首先要了解供应链下汽车整车的目前状况和表现特点，找出汽车整车供应系统存在的问题，经过系统分析和认真思考，为汽车整车库存控制的优化提出相应策略。再从汽车装配厂到4S店的整车供应链的渠道出发，通过分析汽车整车供应模型，得出整车厂和4S店的最优生产和订货批量，使二者的总成本达到最小。关键词：整车供应系统；库存控制；信息化ABSTRACTIn todays world, stock management is an important part of enterprise asset management, but only on a single enterprise inventory optimization is far from satisfying the current economic development enterprises contact supply chain trends of each other.
