摩托车启动电机壳体冲压工艺及模具设计
摘 要
本次设计的零件为摩托车启动电机壳体,其结构为带凸缘阶梯形圆筒件。壳体采用的材料20钢及1.5mm厚度保证了足够的强度和刚度。该零件外形基本对称,材料是适于制造高变形性能的钢材。
本次设计首先通过对零件的结构的分析,知道了制造这一零件需要落料、拉深等工序,然后制定多种冲压工艺。再动过对多种冲压工艺进行比较,选取最好的方案来进行模具设计。在模具设计过程中,最重要的是模具结构的设计。在进行模具结构设计的过程中,对各工艺过程进行分析及计算,确定模具各部分的尺寸。并通过计算各工序所需要的力,选择合适的压力机。
在整个模具设计过程中,通过导师的指导和提供的资料,在与同学的讨论中,我完成了模具装配图及零件图的绘制。再设计过程中,通过查阅模具相关的工具书和模具图册,我对模具结构和设计有了更深刻的认识。

MOTORCYCLE STARTER MOTOR HOUSING STAMPING PROCESS AND DIE DESIGN
ABSTRACT
The component designing is the motorcycle starter motor housing, and the structure of it is the flanged stepped cylindrical member. Shell materials use 20 steel and 1.5mm thickness to ensure sufficient strength and stiffness. The basic shape of the component is symmetrical, and the material is suitable for the manufacture of high deformation properties of steel.
The design of the first is to know that manufacturing the parts need blanking, drawing and other processes to the analysis to parts of the structure, and then develop a variety of stamping process. Then a comparison of a variety of stamping process, select the best scheme for die design. In the mold design process, the most important thing is the design of die structure. In the process of die structure design, the process analysis and calculation is needed. besides, we need determine the parts of the die size. And through the calculation of the force needed for each step, choose the right machine.
In the mold design process, through the mentor and the information provided, and discussions with the students, I finished drawing die assembly drawing and part drawing. Then the design process, tool and die album through access to mold, I have a more profound understanding of the die structure and design.
