In 2011 October to 2012 October method, 273 cases of animal epidemic prevention station of small animal clinic from our city, retrospective analysis of the incidence and treatment. Results 273 cases of canine distemper in canine patients, the incidence occurred in the age of 3-12 months, accounted for 72%, the incidence of small dogs rate is higher than the large dog, cases of pathological changes were early cases, elevated temperature, middle temperature is normal, the late hypothermia; treatment method, infusion therapy plus fine virus monoclonal antibody, plasma matched, average cure cycle for 4.6d. Conclusion we should pay attention to canine distemper epidemic prevention work, we analyze the cause of failure of canine distemper immunity, development to curb this canine infectious disease.
