毕 业 设 计(论文) 题 目: 热工炉温度和窑压自动监控系统设计 学生姓名: 学 号: 090412407 专 业: 自动化 班 级: 4 指导教师: 2013 年 6 月 日 摘 要 基于工业监控组态软件(力控组态软件)监视整条窑炉生产线的运行状况,包括现场窑温、窑压等时实数据和历史数据的显示,及风机、变频器等现场重要设备工作状态的显示、查询与打印。根据实时检测到的隧道窑各个测温点温度变化情况,采用plc的PID控制得到控制信号,并通过外给定的方式传递给变频器进行变频控制,以实现对风机风量的调节,确保隧道窑内温度按照预设的曲线变化,实现了将风、温、压变为计算机实时监控,提高了砖瓦隧道窑自动化程度,降低了工人劳动强度。 工业窑炉内工件加热质量的提高与燃烧控制技术有着密切的联系。目前国内普遍采用比例控制、双交叉限幅控制等连续燃烧控制形式,但往往受燃料量的测量和调节这一关键环节的制约,控制效果不佳,近年来国际上出现了脉冲燃烧控制技术,克服了这些弊端,被称为“未来工业炉控制技术的发展方向” 可广泛用于冶金,陶瓷,石化等行业,对提高产品质量和降低能耗,减少污染发挥着重大作用。脉冲燃烧控制技术是通过控制烧嘴的燃烧时序和燃烧的时间来控制炉子的温度,并且每个烧嘴可以进行单独的调节和控制。这种控制方式的动态性能好,控制温度波动小,节约燃料,目前已经得到的广泛的重视和应用。本文较全面的介绍了脉冲燃烧控制的原理和应用结果。 关键词:脉冲燃烧控制;工业炉;工控组态软件 Abstract It adopts the methods of production knowledge presentation, analysis a lot of different times of the off line data and the online data to get the expert experience of production process.It stores the experience and knowledge of experts of tunnel kiln process into knowledgebase, gives reasonable proposal through efficient reasoning, not only can effectively reflects the due to burning or over-burning of products,achieved the purposes of enhance the quality and yield, reduces labor intensity and energy conservation,but also has important technical upgrading and transformation of demonstration significance tomorethan200ofthetunnelkilnsintered.
