丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼用于宫腔镜检查手术临床观察摘 要 目的:探讨应用丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉开展门诊宫腔镜检查手术的安全性和有效性。方法:将100例宫腔镜检查患者随机分为A、B两组,A组单纯丙泊酚50例,B组丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼组50例。观察比较两组术中平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO?2)变化,记录丙泊酚用药量、扭动次数、术后宫缩痛发生率及评分、离院时间及其他不良反应。结果:两组MAP、HR、SPO?2与术前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),而且组间比较差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。丙泊酚用量A组明显较B组多(P<0.01)。术中患者扭动次数:B组低于A组(P<0.05)。术后宫缩痛发生率:B组低于A组(P<0.01)。离院时间:B组短于A组(P<0.01)。两组不良反应发生率相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼静脉麻醉用于宫腔镜检查手术,丙泊酚用量小、镇痛效果好、苏醒快,不良反应发生率低。? 关键词 舒芬太尼 丙泊酚 宫腔镜检查术? doi:10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2012.02.164??
