摘 要
随着IC (集成电路)技术的发展,EDA (电子设计自动化)技术逐渐成为模拟与数字集成电路系统设计的重要手段。本设计正是基于EDA设计的毕业论文。
本论文首先对EDA技术和可编程逻辑器件的发展概况作简单的介绍;然后对数字存储示波器的工作原理和示波器的发展历程进行介绍和分析;接着介绍使用FPGA进行开发设计的优点以及VHDL语言和ISE软件的特点,接下来分别对数字存储示波器的各个模块作设计介绍;最后是关于EDA技术的前沿发展趋势以及完成毕业设计过程中的几点心得体会。
本论文的难点在于控制器的逻辑设计和用EAB(嵌入式阵列块Along with the IC (integrated circuit) technology development, EDA (electronic design automation) technique has become the important means about analog and digital integrated circuit system design. This design was based on the EDA technique.
This paper introduce the development situation of EDA technology and programmable logic devices first; Then review with development process about the digital storage oscilloscope; Then describes the use of the advantages of FPGA design and development of language and VHDL ISE software of digital respectively characteristics, then the oscilloscope design each module are introduced; Finally is about EDA technology development trend, and complete frontier in the process of graduation design some comments.
The difficulty of this paper with the logical design and controller EAB (embedded array blocks of data store FIFO implemented through the use of state machine design and realization of the control logic control through relevant ADC, the logic program design can see VHDL language has a lot of advantages and characteristics.
As a kind of electronic measurement oscilloscope the most common instrument, it can be used to observe various waveform shape, and intuitively shows waveform and time relationship. The principle of digital storage oscilloscope is first by d/a transformation to measured analog signals into digital signals, then deposited in the storage and finally in shows, and through several/mode converter restore for analog signals, then displayed in the display.
