环境部雨季工作应急方案 环境部雨季工作应急方案提要： 自合同范文 随着雨季的到来,为维护公司的利益以及员工的安全,做到分工合理、明确,特制定以下工作方案。每当当台风、暴风预警信号发布后,或大风雨来临时,各部门要安照以下程序启动应对方案: 一、大风雨来临前 大风雨来临前,停止高空高危作业,全面排查各种隐患。清洁组长安排各区域全面检查清理各处下水口、排水井,以及容易积水的地方、枯枝落叶较多的地方,确保无堵塞;园艺组长则组织人员对部份弱小树木进行加固以及对排水不畅的草地进行开渠疏水。 二、大风雨过程中: 、大风雨来临时,清洁组安排各区户外作业人员按预定计划回到相对应的梯间,进行梯间的周期性工作。工作量可按《工作量化表》的细项量化,组长每日收集各区工作人员的工作情况,检查所安排工作的完成情况及工作质量; 2、所有员工为本身之安全应避免逗留在空旷地方或大树下,如须执行紧急任务时,员工应采取适当的安全措施及知会其他员工协作,视情况须两至三人同行执行任务,并定时报告执行情况,以及自身安全; 3、管理人员抽查时可按既定的方式查起。各区户外作业人员按该区的首栋做起,清洁项目包括楼梯护栏、信报箱等。 三、大风雨过后 、风雨停止或当台风暴雨讯号减低至3号时,清洁组当即组织户外人员迅速清理由台风暴雨所造成之垃圾堵塞的渠道,疏通积水,::清洁街道、路面、广场的树叶、泥污等垃圾,迅速恢复原有的清洁卫生及绿化面貌。园艺组则安排一部份人员扶植倒伏之树木,清理乔灌木的折枝,再安排一部份人协助清理街道、路面的树叶。 2、具体分工如下:原外围工作的人员马上打扫并清理路面的枯枝树叶,由树叶最多的地方做起;园艺组的工作人员则协助先清理雨水井的堵塞,再清理路面积水,完毕后报告组长再安排其他工作。 3、清理恢复完毕,主管、组长对区内再进行全面的检查,是否有积水未疏通和和隐患未解除。及时安排人员排除。 自合同范文 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
