l l 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计(论文) 攀枝花钛锐公司2万t/a锐钛型 钛白项目预可行性研究 学生姓名: 学生学号: 院(系): 材料工程学院 年级专业: 材料科学与工程 指导教师: 教授 摘 要 钛白粉是目前世界上性能最好的一种白色颜料,广泛应用于近年来发展较快的许多领域,我国钛资源十分丰富,但钛白工业相对落后。攀枝花是国内重要的钛矿基地,市里鼓励将钛矿进行深加工,特别是生产钛白粉。然而,现有钛白的生产规模并没有充分发挥攀枝花的钛资源优势,现有的钛白产品品种和质量也不能满足国内市场的需求,因此,目前对拟建钛白生产项目进行可研(预可研)在现阶段具有较大现实意义。 通过研究,本项目原料供应是稳定可靠的;本装置的工艺技术及装备可以达到国内先进水平;采用酸溶性钛渣和硫酸作原料,并配有废酸浓缩和处理装置,解决了环境污染问题;项目总投资为7625万元,年净收入为2877.55万元,投资回收期为2.6年;本项目可较快回收成本,经济效益显著,具有可行性。 关键词:钛白粉,工程项目,可行性研究 l ABSTRACT Titanium dioxide is the best white pigment, which is used widely in many areas in recent years. China is very rich in resource of titanium ore, but the titanium dioxide industry is relatively backward. Panzhihua area is the important titanium mine base, the city encourages to carry out deep-processing such as the production of titanium dioxide. However, the production scale of existing titanium dioxide can not give full play to Panzhihua,s advantages in resource of titanium, the existing titanium dioxide product variety and quality can not meet domestic market demand, therefore, the present feasibility study (Pre-feasibility study) for draft-building titanium dioxide production project have greater practical significance at this stage. Through the research, the raw materials supply of project is stable and reliable ; the technology and equipment can reach the domestic advanced level; using of titanium slag and sulfur acid for raw materials, and equipping with waste acid concentrating, the problem of environmental pollution is solved; The total investment of the project is 76.25 million Yuan RMB, the net income for one year isYuan RMB, the payback period is 2.6 years; the item can be rapidly recovery costs, the economic benefits is feasible.
