工作状态对谐振功放性能影响的分析与研究
摘 要
高频功率放大器是各种无线电发射机的主要组成部分,在高频电子线路中占有重要地位。由于其激励信号大,它的分析方法,指标要求,工作状态等方面都不同于高频小信号选频放大器。高频功率放大器的主要技术指标是输出功率与效率,这是研究这类放大器应该抓住的主要矛盾,工作状态的选择就是由这主要矛盾决定的。在给定元器件之后,为获得高的输出功率与效率,应采用丙类工作状态。相比之下,丙类谐振功放的失真度虽然较大,但输出功率大、效率高、节约能源,所以是高频功率放大器中经常选用的一种电路形式。丙类谐振功放效率高的原因在于导通角小,也就是晶体管导通时间短,集电极功耗减小。但导通角越小,将导致输出功率越小。所以选择合适的导通角,是丙类谐振功放在兼顾效率和输出功率两个指标的一个重要考虑。折线分析法是工程上常用的一种近似方法。利用折线分析法可以对丙类谐振功放进行性能分析,得出它的负载特性、放大特性和调频特性。

Abstract
High-frequency radio transmitter power amplifier are all the major component of high frequency electronic circuit occupies an important position. Due to its excitation signal, its analysis, target, status and other aspects of the work is different from the high-frequency small-signal frequency-selective amplifier. The main technical indicators of high-frequency power amplifier is the output power and efficiency, which is of such amplifiers should grasp the principal contradiction, work status choice is determined by this principal contradiction. After a given component, without the high output power and efficiency, should be C working condition. In contrast, C harmonic distortion of power amplifier although large, but the output power, high efficiency, energy conservation, it is frequently used high-frequency power amplifier in a circuit form. Class-C resonant Power-Amplifier and high efficiency is due to conduction angle is small, the transistor conduction time is short, collector power dissipation decreases. However, the smaller the conduction angle will result in smaller output power.
