摘要 导向钻进或定向钻进是非开挖技术中发展最快的一种施工技术,用水平定向钻进的方法可以进行各种管经管线的安装,应施工能力的要求,其可非为微型,小型,中型,大型四类。该设计题目是在对国内外市场做出恰当评估后,本着方便性,灵活性与经济性的目的,进行了非开挖钻机供杆系统的设计计算。 本次设计的是自动供杆系统供杆系统,自动供杆系统供杆系统是送取,存放和接卸钻杆的装置,也称钻杆架。本次设计采用了液压直推式供杆系统,该系统结构紧凑,动作平稳可靠,便于送出钻杆,造价便宜,并且为了维修更加方便,在一些链接处采用了一些辅助零件,如在进给杆和连接板处之间加了辅助版,这样进给杆与连接板不会被焊缝焊死,便于维护拆装。为了减少整个机构的重量,钻杆箱采用了钢条焊接的箱体,使得较少箱体的重量。并且将钻杆箱分为了三个槽可存放18根钻杆。 关键词:道向钻进,定向钻进,非开挖技术,供杆系统。 Abstract Guide drilling or directional drilling is excavation technology the fastest developing a kind of construction technology, using the method of horizontal directional drilling can install by pipeline of tube should be construction requirements of ability, its can not for micro, small, medium, large four categories.
