PAGE 3 北京城市学院毕业设计（论文） 单层双跨工业厂房结构设计 学生姓名： 姚志远 学 号： 班 级： 08土木升 专 业： 土木工程 学 部： 城市建设学部 指导教师： 董晓丽 2010年5月 单层双跨工业厂房结构设计 Single pair of inter-industrial building design 学生： 姚志远 班级： 08土木升 学号： 学部： 城市建设学部 专业： 土木工程 指导教师： 董晓丽 职称： 副教授 工作单位： 湖南先导建筑工程有限公司 毕业设计（论文）完成时间： 自 2009 年 11 月 至 2010 年 5 月 【摘 要】 单层厂房指层数仅为一层的工业厂房，适用于生产工艺流程以水平运输为主，有大型起重运输设备及较大动荷载的厂房，如机械制造工业、冶金工业和其他工业等。单层厂房的骨架结构，由支撑各种竖向的与水平的荷载作用的构件所组成。厂房依靠各种结构构件合理连接为一整体，组成一个完整的结构空间以保证厂房的坚固、耐久。我国广泛采用钢筋混凝土排架结构和钢架结构，通常由横向排架、纵向联系构件、支撑系统构件和围护结构等几部分组成。 单层砖柱厂房具有选价低廉、构造简单、施工方便等优点，在中小型工业厂肩中得到广泛应用，但单层厂房的端墙(山墙)受风面积较大，内部空间要求、厂房屋顶面积、荷载等均较大，构造复杂，如何进行有效的荷载效应组合、选取最不利内力组合，作为柱及基础的设计依据，将是本文要重点解决的问题。 关键词：内力组合；偏心受压；钢筋；混凝土 【Abstract】 Single plant means the layer is only a layer of industrial plant, applied to the production process to the level of transport-based, large material handling equipment and large dynamic load plants, such as machinery manufacturing industry, metallurgical industry and other industries . Plants rely on a variety of structural components as a whole a reasonable connection to form a complete structure of space to ensure the plants strong, durable. Chinas extensive use of reinforced concrete and steel structure, bent structure, usually bent from the horizontal, vertical linkages component, support systems and building envelope components such as a few parts.  Single brick column with the selected plants are cheap, simple structure, convenient for construction, the shoulder in the small and m
