It is found that the flow m aldistribution is very seriou s in the conventional flow distribu tor u sed in in du stry and the h igher R eynold s num ber resu lts in more seriou s flow m aldistribution. On the basic of analysis, differen t distributor configuration s have been inve stigated. It is found that the distribu tor configuration s are the m ain factors affecting the flow distribu tion. The op tim um de sign of flow distribu tor in indu stry in th is p ap er is of great sign ificance on the imp roving ad sorp tion efficien cy. Keywords: PSA
