东北大学 毕业设计说明书 毕 业 设 计 题 目 半自动打包机功能机构设计 学院专业班级机械工程学院 学 生 姓 名 性别 指 导 教 师 职称 年 月 日 摘要 打包机能减轻工人劳动强度，提高工作效率，降低成本，因而广泛应用于各领域工业生产中，本文针对半自动打包机进行了研究和设计。 本文所作的主要工作包括: (1) 对半自动打包机及其它打包机的国内外现状进行了分析； (2) 对半自动打包机的整体方案进行了比较和论证； (3) 对半自动打包机的各功能机构进行了设计，并有机的将这些功能机构整合到一个系统； (4) 对关键的齿轮及轴等传动部分进行了计算和强度校核。 本文所设计的半自动打包机能很好的满足对纸箱的捆扎要求，体积小，重量轻，运行稳定。 关键词：半自动打包机 齿轮 功能机构 轴 ABSTRACT Packaging can reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency, and reduce the cost of the manufacturing process. It is widely used in various fields of industrial production. The design proposed in this dissertation focuses onto the semi automatic strapping machine. The main work studied in this paper includes as follows: (1) showing the introduction of automatic packaging machine and other packaging machine at home and abroad; (2) performing the comparison and validation of the whole demonstration program of automatic packing machine; (3) conducting the design of the function mechanism of automatic packing machine and the function mechanism of organic integration into a system; (4) calculating the key parts of gear and shaft transmission sections followed by the strength check. The design of the semi-automatic packing can well meet the requirement of the carton binding requirements, small volume, light weight as well as the stable operation.
