题 目 快速成形技术在模具制造中的应用
摘要
市场竞争的不断加剧,要求企业必须快速响应市场和用户的需求变化,促使工业生产越来越向多品种、小批量、高质量、低成本的方向发展。快速成形技术作为诞生仅十余年的先进制造技术,已成功地实现了快速原型制造,目前正向决速模具制造方向迅速发展。
论文首先对快速成型技术的特点和几种典型工艺作了介绍,并分析和探讨了快速成型技术的研究现状、存在的主要问题及发展趋势。对于快速制模技术主要介绍了其现状和发展趋势,分析了模具快速制造的间接法和直接法的特点和问题,阐述了快速模具技术在21世纪的发展趋势及其应用前景。通过对硅橡胶模具设计技术的特点、实施方法和步骤的研究,探讨了尺寸补偿、分型方向确定及分型面设计、脱模斜度选取、浇口设计等相关的关键技术。为了深入了解影响硅橡胶模具加工的因素,本文进行大量的工艺试验,完成了对工艺参数的优化。

Abstaret
The growing competition in the market, enterprises must quickly respond to the demands of the market and user needs change, to promote industrial production to more and more and more variety, low-volume, high-quality, low-cost way. Rapid Prototyping Technology is only as the birth of more than ten years of advanced manufacturing technology, has successfully achieved a rapid prototype manufacturing, currently being must speed the direction of the rapid development of mold manufacturing.
First of all papers on the rapid prototyping technology and the characteristics of the typical process was introduced and discussed the analysis and rapid prototyping technology research, the main problems and trends. The rapid tooling technologies, introduced its current situation and development trend of rapid analysis of the mold manufacturing method of indirect and direct method of characteristics and problems on a rapid tooling technology in the 21st century, the development trend and its applications. The silicon rubber mold design characteristics of the technology, methods and steps for the implementation of the study to examine the size of the compensation, and to determine the direction of the sub-surface design, select the gradient release, the gate design of key technologies related. To better understand the impact of silicon rubber mold processing elements, the paper carried a lot of trial process, completed the optimization of process parameters.
