墨盒盖注射模具及模塑工艺设计
【内容摘要】随着数控加工装备水平提高,企业正在纷纷加大塑料模具开发力度。近年来中国塑料模具发展速度相当快。它在国民经济中占有越来越重要的地位,发展前景十分广阔。
本次课程设计设计的课题是墨盒盖注塑模具设计,设计的具体过程如下:首先对塑件的成型工艺性能进行分析。这包括对塑件的结构尺寸的分析和成型塑件的材料成型参数及各项性能的分析,根据塑料的性能,零件的体积计算注射量合理的选择注射机。然后开始模具的设计,具体包括:确定型腔数及排列方式、确定分型面的位置、选择浇注系统、确定成型零件的主要结构形式、确定推出机构、成型零件的设计和标准件的选用、最后绘制模具装配图和零件图。
