树舌灵芝的提取及其抗氧化作用
摘 要
目的:研究树舌灵芝多糖的提取条件及抗氧化作用。方法:本实验采用水提醇沉的方法进行灵芝多糖的提取,并对提取过程中的料液比、提取时间、提取温度进行单因素实验分析和正交试验,以多糖得率为指标得到最佳提取条件。本文选取两个指标即DPPH的清除作用和-OH的清除作用研究灵芝多糖的抗氧化活性。结果:正交试验结果表明,最佳提取条件:提取温度为90°C、提取时间为2h、料液比为1:15的条件下多糖得率为69.7%。结论:各提取因素对提取率的影响大小排序为:提取温度提取时间料液比。灵芝多糖对DPPH和-OH都具有较强的清除作用,且对浓度有依赖关系,表明野生树舌灵芝多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性。

Extraction and antioxidation studies of polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum
Abstract
Objective: To study the extraction conditions and antioxidation of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides from Ganoderma lucidum. Methods: in this experiment, the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method for the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, and analysis of single factor experiments and orthogonal test of extraction process of solid to liquid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature, to polysaccharide yield as the index to get the best extraction conditions. In this paper, we selected two indicators, namely, the scavenging effect of DPPH and the scavenging effect of -OH on the antioxidant activities of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides. Results: orthogonal test results showed that the best extraction conditions: extraction temperature was 90 degrees C, extraction time was 2h, the ratio of material to liquid ratio of 1:15 was 69.7%. Conclusion: the effects of the extraction factors on the extraction rate were as follows: extraction temperature feed liquid ratio. The Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides had strong scavenging effect on DPPH and -OH, and had a strong dependence on the concentration, which indicated that the Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides had strong antioxidant
