农业专业户正规金融信贷资金的利用研究 ——对杨凌示范区农业专业户的调查 作者：程京京　　指导教师：贾金荣 摘 要：在金融的大力支持下，农业能更快地实现专业化生产进而实现产业化经营，促进农村经济社会的发展。目前农业专业户作为我国农业产业化经营过程中的重要形式，他们能否获得有效的金融支持则直接关系到三农问题的解决。然而当今我国农村金融市场供求呈现出信息不对称以及非均衡的态势，它们使农业专业户的信贷需求不能得到很好的满足，进而严重制约着农村经济社会的发展。本文基于对陕西省杨凌示范区农业专业户信贷状况的实地调查，分析出专业户利用正规金融信贷资金过程中存在着贷款担保方式单一、到期还款率低等问题，并且针对这些问题提出加快金融产品创新、健全信贷管理激励机制、建立健全农村金融服务体系等建议。 关 键 词：农业专业户；正规金融；农业信贷资金；杨凌示范区 Abstract: Under the financial vigorous support, the agriculture has the ability to achieve its professional production, to realize its industrialization, and then promote the rural economic and social development. At present the specialized household is the important form in agricultural industry management process. Whether the specialized households do obtain the effective financial backing directly relates to the solution to agricultural issues. Now the rural financial market shows asymmetric information and non-balanced posture in China, which cannot enable the credit demand of agricultural specialized households to be satisfied, and then hampers the rural economic and social development. Based on the investigation of specialized households credit conditions in Yangling Demonstration Zone of Shaanxi Province, the article analyses the problems about the formal financial credit funds, which used by the specialized households in agriculture, such as the unity of the loan guarantee、low repayment rate. And then objects expediting financial product innovation、establishing a sound credit drive mechanism、establishing a perfect rural finance service system, and so on. Key Words: Specialized Households in Agriculture; Formal Financial; Agricultural Credit Funds; Yangling Demonstration Zone 一 导论 （一） 选题背景 随着农业生产力水平的提高和社会分工的深化，我国农业将走向产业化发展阶段。农业产业化是推动传统农业向现代农业过渡的较好选择，已成为我国农业结构调整、增加农民收入和改造传统农业的有效途径。专业户是我国农业商品生产的雏形，是中国式农业专业化、社会化的一条重要道路。Y=(K，L，M，A)，农业的产出水平主要取决于投入农业的资本(K)、劳动力(L)、土地(M)和农业技术(A)四种生产要素。由于劳动力、土地和农业技术的获得都离不开资本的支持，因而资本是这些生产要素的核心。 据农村金融市场资金来源的不同，可以进一步把金融资本划分为信贷资本和证券资本。信贷资本是存在于银行等金融机构里准备通过发放贷款向产业资本转化的资金，
