Abstract: The process of vanadium extraction from acid leaching solution is discussed. The process is
suitable for a kind of stone coalm ineral in thewest ofH enan province. Severalprograms are contrasted
by expermi ents and the process thatneutralization- deoxidization- P204 extraction- stripping w ith sul
furic acid- oxidization - V O deposition is proved the best route. In the process, extraction system is

15% P204+ 10% TBP+ 75% coaloil and 1. 5mol/L sulfuric acid solution is stripping agent, the quality
of production obtained by this process can reach GB3283- 87 m etallurgy 99 standard and the recovery
rate of vanadium is 93. 2%.
