毕业设计说明书 SPWM逆变器控制技术研究 专业 电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名 班级 电气 学号 指导教师 阚加荣 完成日期 20年月日 SPWM逆变器控制技术研究 首先对逆变器控制的发展状况以及应用场合进行了概述,对逆变器的发展前景以及意义进行了略述,本设计采用脉宽调制式(PWM)逆变器,采用电压瞬时值控制。对各部分模拟单元电路进行了设计选取,介绍了各部分电路的工作原理和结构。对电路芯片的选取,对LC低通滤波器进行了参数设计。脉宽调制技术的触发脉冲由模拟电路生成,建立逆变器数学模型对电压瞬时值内环,电压平均值外环控制参数进行了设计,并对PI控制器进行了设计最后运用MATLAB进行了仿真,给出主电路,控制电路,低通滤波器的仿真模型,并给出了空载,阻性满载,感性满载,容性满载仿真波形。并对系统性能进行了分析。脉宽调制技术不但具有较高的功率因数和较好的输出波形而且即可以调节其输出电压的大小,又可以连续调节其输出功率,内环通过瞬时值控制获得快速的动态性能,保证输出畸变率较低,外环使用输出电压的平均值控制,具有较高的输出精度。仿真结果证实了该逆变器具有开关频率固定,输出电压波形质量好,外特性较硬,输出随负载的变化。 瞬时值控制 ; SPWM ; 逆变器 ; 电压平均值反馈 SPWM inverter control technology research First this article summarized the development of control for inverter as well as the applications and makes a rudeness statement of the prospects and significance of development of inverters. This strategy uses pulse width modulation technique and control the instantaneous value and then the simulation of electric circuit units are established to design and select each part. The structure and operating principle of the above-mentioned systems devices, selection of electric circuit chips, are introduced. The parameters of LC low-pass filter are designed. The SPWM signal is generated by electronic circuit. The simulation and mathematic model of inverters are established with Matlab6.5. The model included an instantaneous voltage inner-loop, control parameters of average voltage outer loop and PI controller. At last, simulated by using MATLAB, main electric circuit, control circuits, the simulation model of low-pass filter and no-load resistive full-load, perception full load the simulation waveforms of capacity full load have been given. Not only PWM technology has higher power factor and a good output waveforms but also can regulating its size of output voltage and output power. The inner loop can get a quick dynamics properties by controlling of instantaneous value. That makes the output distortion rats lower.
