子宫内膜癌组织中STAT3表达及其与临床病理特征相关性研究   【摘要】 目的:探究信号传导和转录活化因子(STAT3)在子宫内膜癌组织当中的表达,及该表达与患者临床病理特征的关联性。方法:选择本院2010-2012年收治的子宫内膜癌患者共30例,设为观察组,另选择本院2010-2012年接受本院妇科检查后结果显示为健康的30例正常人,设为对照组。两组均应用免疫组化方法(SP法)进行检测,并对比两组STAT3阳性表达率的差异。结果:(1)观察组的人子宫内膜腺癌组织中STAT3表达明显升高,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),而与肿瘤的病理分期及浸润深度有关(P0.05)。结论:子宫内膜癌组织中,STAT3显示出极高表达,而STAT3的阳性表达率和很多因素有关联,STAT3表达的上升,极有可能与子宫内膜癌的发生有密切的关系。   【关键词】 子宫内膜癌; STAT3; 病理特征   【Abstract】 Objective:To study the signal transducer and activator of transcription factor 3 (STAT3) expressed in endometrial carcinoma and explore the relationship between STAT3 and the clinical pathological characteristics of endometrial carcinoma.Method:30 patients with endometrial carcinoma treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected as observation group. Another 30 patients proved to be healthy in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected as control group. All the endometrial tissues of these 60 cases were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP) so as to observe the expression of STAT3, and the difference of the positive expression rate of STAT3 between two groups were compared.Result: (1)Compared with the control group, the expression of STAT3 in human endometrial carcinoma tissue was higher in observation group,which was statistically significant(P0.05),there was a statistically significant correlation between STAT3 and the pathological staging and infiltration depth of human endometrial carcinoma(P0.05).Conclusion:STAT3 is significantly expressed in the endometrial carcinoma tissues. As the positive expression rate of STAT3 is associated with lots of factors, it seems to have a close relationship with the genesis of endometrial carcinoma.   【Key words】 Endometrial carcinoma; STAT3; Pathological characteristics   随着人们生活节奏加快以及饮食习惯发生变化,越来越多的疾病对人们的身体健康以及生活质量造成威胁,其中癌症是对人们影响最为严重的一种疾病。妇女由于本身生理结构特殊性,妇科疾病相对较多。子宫内膜癌在临床上较为常见,本身有着较高的致死率,引起了医学临床的广泛关注,对该疾病进行及时的诊断治疗是保障患者预后效果的重要手段[1]。STAT3属于信号传导和转录激活因子家族里面的一个重要组成部分,该因子能够被细胞的外信号因子所激活,参加到细胞本身的生长、转化及凋亡等功能的调控中,最终导致细胞
