精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病老年性白内障患者术后角膜内皮细胞变化 沧州市人民医院眼科 河北 沧州061000 [摘要]目的:研究分析老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者行白内障术后对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:选取本院眼科自2011年8月至2015年6月间曾在院进行治疗的糖尿病性白内障患者50例,所有患者均采用超声乳化吸除术与人工晶体植入联合进行治疗,并且于术前以及术后3个月对其角膜中央区以及手术切口区的角膜内皮细胞进行观察,主要观测其密度的改变以及六角形细胞的比例和变异系数的改变。结果:本组患者手术后角膜细胞的密度和六角形细胞的比例均呈下降趋势,其变异系数增加,并且手术切口区域的内皮细胞密度以及六角形细胞的比例明显低于角膜中央区,变异系数较中央区高。结论:研究表明,白内障术后,超声以及机械因素严重损伤患者的角膜内皮细胞,手术切口区域的内皮细胞的缺损情况明显较中央区严重,因此,在对糖尿病性白内障患者超声因素损伤的基础上,还应注意机械因素的损伤作用,这种损伤可能对角膜造成更加严重的影响。 关键词:老年糖尿病视网膜病变;白内障;超声乳化吸除术;角膜内皮细胞;临床研究 Objective: To study the effect of the corneal endothelial cells after cataract surgery in the aged patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 50 patients with diabetic cataract who had been treated in our hospital from June 2015 to August 2011 were selected. All patients were treated with combined phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The corneal endothelial cells were observed in the central area of the cornea and the surgical incision in 3 months. Results: in this group of patients after surgery of corneal cell density and hexagonal cell proportion of showed a decreasing trend, the increase of coefficient of variation and incision area of endothelial cell density and hexagonal cell ratio was significantly lower than that of the central cornea, the coefficient of variation than in the central zone. Conclusion: the results show that after cataract extraction, ultrasonic and mechanical factors serious injury in patients with corneal endothelial cells and defects of the incision area of endothelial cells was significantly higher than that in the central region of the serious. Therefore, in based on patients with diabetic cataract ultrasonic damage factors, should also pay attention to the damage of mechanical factors, this injury may cause more serious impact on the corneal.
