精细化护理管理模式在手术室的应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨精细化护理管理模式在手术室的应用效果。方法 选取2016年6～12月我院收治的60例需手术治疗的患者作为对照组，选取2017年1～6月我院收治的60例需手术治疗的患者作为观察组。对照组患者采用手术室常规护理，观察组患者在手术室常规护理的基础下采用精细化护理管理。比较两组患者干预后的手术配合度及满意度。结果 观察组患者干预后的手术配合度（100%）高于对照组（88.3%），患者满意度（98.3%）高于对照组（86.7%），差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 精细化护理管理模式在手术室的应用效果显著，能提高患者的手术配合度，对提升患者满意度起了正面作用，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]精细化；护理管理；手术室；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0151-03 　　Application effect of meticulous nursing management mode in operating room 　　ZHANG Chao-hong LIN Ze-hua PENG Jian-you 　　Operating Room，Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510130，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of meticulous nursing management mode in operating room.Methods From June to December 2016，60 patients with surgical treatment who treated in our hospital were selected as control group，and 60 patients with surgical treatment who treated in our hospital from January to June 2017 were selected as observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing in the operation room，and the observation group was treated with meticulous nursing management on the basis of routine nursing in the operating room.The postoperative coordination degree and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative coordination degree of the observation group was 100%，which was higher than that of the control group 88.3%，the patients′ satisfaction was 98.3%，which was higher than the control group （86.7%），the differences were statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of meticulous nursing management mode in operating room is remarkable，which can improve the degree of operation coordination of patients and play a positive role in improving patients′ satisfaction，which is worthy of clinical popularization. 　　[Key words]Meticulousness；Nursing management；Operating room；Application effect 　　精细化护理管理模式是近几年发展起来的新型管理理念，是建立在常规管理的基础上，并将常规管理引向深入的基本思想和管理
