PAGE PAGE IV 摘要 传统的整流装置是电网污染的主要来源,三相电压型PWM整流器具有输出电压恒定、能实现单位功率因数运行、电能双向流动等特点,因而成为目前电力电子领域中的热点课题之一。 随着大规模集成电路技术及计算机技术的发展,采用微处理器作为硬件控制核心的微机控制器将成为今后整流器的发展方向。随着控制方法的不断改进与发展,对微机整流控制器的运算速度提出了非常高的要求。本文根据设计要求,以DSP(数字信号处理器)作为控制核心,研究并设计了基于DSP的PWM整流器。 本文首先介绍了PWM整流器的发展状况,说明了DSP与其他单片机或通用微处理器相比在性能上的优势。从整流主电路、控制电路、测量电路、SVPWM调制方法等几个方面论述了基于DSP的PWM整流器的硬件设计以及主要实时软件的流程图和实现方法。文中还介绍了PIM(功率智能模块)的使用,并基于此设计了系统的主电路,并用TMS320F2812的汇编语言与C语言结合进行了软件编程。由于采用了这些先进技术,使得本文中的PWM整流器结构简单、性能可靠、操作方便。 关键词:PWM整流器;空间电压矢量脉宽调制;数字信号处理器;智能功率模块 Title: The Design of Three-phase PWM rectifier Based on DSP Abstract The conventional rectifier Produce harmonic Problem in power system. While three-phase PWM VSR (voltage source rectifier) can provide constant dc bus voltage and get unity Power factor .It also has line Power feedback capability So it is becoming interested in power electronics field. With the development of large-scale integrate circuit technology and computer technology,microcomputer-based rectifier controller will become the main stream of rectifier controllers in the future. Constant improvement in rectifier control microcomputer -based rectifier controller. According to this requirement,the paper studies and designs the DSP-based rectifier controller by using DSP (Digital Signal Processor) as the control center. This paper introduces the control function and the developing tendency of PWM rectifier. And, it illustrates DSPs performance advantage compared with the other single chips or general-purpose processors. It deals with the design of the DSP-based rectifiers hardware and the flowchart and realization method of its software from the aspects of control circuit, measuring circuit. main circuit and the method of realizing SVPWM. The paper also introduces use of IPM (Intelligent Power Module), and designs main circuit based on it. Because of the adoption of these advanced technologies, the PWM rectifier structure is simpler, its performance as retiadte and its operation convenient. Keywords: PW
