摘 要
本次毕业设计是模板的加工工艺分析与程序编制,主要通过对毛坯模板按要求进行加工,设计出所需要的凹模板。该凹模板有阶梯孔、螺纹孔、和铣削平面构成。设计上主要是通过凹模板零件图的分析,设计出凹模板的加工工艺步骤,同时要根据零件图样计算出使用刀具数量以及刀具的进给速度和加工中心的转速等数据,以便设计出合适的加工工序,最后写出数控加工的程序编制。其中通过计算确定工作部分的尺寸设计,以保证凹模板的精度和质量要求。

Abstract
The graduation design is the template of the machining process analysis and programming ,Mainly through blank template as required processing, design the needed concave template. The concave template have ladder holes, threaded hole, and milling planar formation. Design mainly through the concave template parts graph analysis, Design a concave template processing steps, Meanwhile according to calculate the use tool parts pattern cutter Numbers and feeding speed and machining center, the speed of the data, etc. In order to design the proper processing operations, finally write the programming of CNC. Part of the work by calculate and determine the size design, to ensure the precision and quality of concave template requirements.
