摘 要 发动机曲轴是发动机中最重要的部件之一,它承受复杂、交变的冲击载荷, 是发动机设计的重点和难点。正因为曲轴在发动机动力输出中的重要性及受力的复杂性,曲轴的加工质量的好坏直接影响整个发动机的寿命及性能的好坏。 随着科学技术的进步,数控加工技术得到了更广泛的应用。数控车床、数控内铣床、数控车拉床等先进设备对主轴颈、连杆轴颈进行数控车削、内铣削、车-拉削加工,以有效减少曲轴加工的变形量。曲轴精加工将广泛采用CNC控制的曲轴磨床对其轴颈进行精磨加工。此种磨床将配备砂轮自动动平衡装置、中心架自动跟踪装置、自动测量、自动补偿装置、砂轮自动修整、恒线速度等功能要求,以保证磨削质量的稳定。 本文以Pro/E中的NC模块与VERICUT软件为基础,结合其各自特点,通过对某发动机曲轴的数控模拟加工的研究,提出一种零件建模、仿真加工的快捷方法,可大大加快建模编程速度、仿真验证加工工艺,提高生产效率。 关键词:发动机曲轴;VERICUT;Pro/E;数控加工;仿真 ABSTRACT The crankshaft is one of the most important parts of engine, because it bear the complex, the impact of alternating load, thus the engine design is important and difficult.?Because of the crankshaft in the engine power output in the importance and complexity of the force, the crankshaft machining quality directly affects the entire life of the engine and performance is good or bad.? With the development of science and technology, NC technology is more widely used. CNC lathes, the milling machine, CNC lathe spindle broaching machine and other advanced equipment to the neck, connecting rod journal for CNC turning, milling inside the car - pull-cut processing, in order to effectively reduce the deformation of the crankshaft machining.?Finishing will be widely used crankshaft crankshaft grinder CNC control for fine grinding of its journal.?Such grinding machines will be equipped with automatic grinding wheel balancing equipment, the center rack automatic tracking devices, automatic measurement, automatic compensation device, automatic wheel dressing, constant speed and other functions required to ensure the stability of the grinding quality.? In this paper, Pro / E in NC modules and VERICUT software, combined with their respective characteristics, the engine crankshaft through a process of NC simulation presents a part modeling, simulation processing, quick way to greatly speed up the modeling?programming speed, simulation process, improve production efficiency.?
