基于 USB 通信的工业现场数据采集系统 摘 要 随着计算机与电子科学技术的迅速发展,计算机及其外围设备也得到了飞速的发展与 广泛的应用。目前在科学研究领域和各种生产应用场合中常常需要用到数据采集系统,而 且对数据采集的各种要求也越来越高。传统的数据通信方式,诸如 PCI、RS-232、RS-485 等,由于传输速度慢、抗干扰能力弱、安装麻烦等原因严重阻碍了数据采集系统的发展与 普及。 本文针对新一代 USB2.0(Universal Serial Bus)通用串行总线具有传输线少、通信速度 快、支持热插拔以及易于扩展等特点,设计出了一款工业现场图像采集系统。并对基于 USB 通信技术的图像数据采集与显示和整个系统的控制管理的软硬件设计进行了深入的研究。 论文首先介绍了 USB 的体系结构,然后结合相应的设计方案,全面地介绍了采集系统 的硬件和软件设计。其中系统硬件部分具体描述了 USB2.0 控制芯片 Cypress68013A 及其 外围电路的接口设计;采集卡软件部分通过分析 USB2.0 协议规范的编程框架,阐述了采 集卡的 USB 枚举,配置命令与图像数据收发的程序设计方法,并且介绍了电源管理过程的 软件实现方法;最后设计了上位机数据采集和图像显示的应用程序界面,并对其所完成的 功能做了解释。 论文所设计的基于 USB 通信的数据采集系统不仅具有传统 USB 产品支持热插拔、即 插即用、传输速度快等特点,还具有电源管理,配置功能断电存储等优点,达到了课题的 设计目的。 关键字:USB,数据采集,图像显示 i INDUSTRIAL DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM BASED ON USB COMMUNCITION ABSTRACT With the fast development of computer technology and electronic technology, computers and other electronic devices also have a fast development and wide application. At present, data acquisition can be used in the science research field and a variety of manufacture occasion, it requires all of the parameters and performances higher and higher. Tranditional communication models such as PCI, RS-232, RS-485 and so on restrict strongly the development and popularazition of the data acquisition system because of low transmitting speed, inconvenient installation and bad antigambling ability. This paper depends on the advantages of the USB2.0 protocol which include less transmitting lines, fast transmitting speed, convenient extendability and sustaining hot attch and detach to deisgn a image acquisition system. This paper stydies the image data acquisition and display based on the USB communication technology and designs the control and management of the system from the aspects of both software and hardware. Firstly with the introduction of the USB protocol architecture and combining the design scheme, this paper introduces the software and hardware of the system in detail.
