家庭农场若干法律问题研究.doc

摘 要 家庭农场是我国农地经营体制创新而实现适度规模经营的一种新型经济组织形式。在中国，家庭农场的出现促进了 HYPERLINK /view/888509.htm \t _blank 农业经济的发展，推动了 HYPERLINK /view/2038523.htm \t _blank 农业商品化的进程。有效的缩小城乡贫富差距。但在其发展过程中,还存在诸如土地使用权、资金技术、环境保护、产品销售等问题。美国、德国和日本是家庭农场发展较早且立法较完善的国家，其相关立法对本国家庭农场的发展起了巨大作用。因此，有必要从以上问题入手，根据我国的具体情况，借鉴国外相关立法和经验，逐步建立和完善家庭农场相关法律法规，使家庭农场在我国的农业发展中发挥应有的作用。 关键词 家庭农场；国外经验；立法建议 Abstract Family farm is the innovation of rural land management system and the implementation of a new form of economic organization of moderate scale management.
