On the basis of the analysis about the land use structure change , demand of social and economic de velopment and planning control indices sent down by superior , linear programming was used to resolve the optimizing scheme of land use structure in Yangzhou to improve synthetical benefits of land utilization and realizing forever use of land resources in the whole city and sustainable development of na tional economy .
