AAREN人工晶状体在二期植入中的疗效观察 【摘要】目的：探讨AAREN人工晶状体在二期悬吊式植入中的方法和优点。方法：收集我院眼科接受手术治疗的因为外伤、囊内摘除术后、白内障手术并发症所致晶状体脱位、囊膜破裂或缺失的患者120例（135眼），分成实验组和对照组，比较使用常规PMMA晶体和使用AAREN晶体的疗效，分析AAREN是临床优势。结果：观察组和对照组患者因使用人工晶体不同而术后效果存在明显差异。差异有统计学意义(P??0.05)。120例患者手术过程顺利，切口小，人工晶状体透明、位正，术后视力提高0.3-0.9，无明显并发症发生。结论：AAREN人工晶状体替代传统硬晶状体作为新的悬吊晶状体，手术操作简单，创伤小，术后恢复快，效 果好。 【关键词】人工晶体；二期植入；AAREN AAREN artificial lens in phase ii clinical observation of the implant 【Abstract】Objective To investigate the methods and advantages of the the artificial AAREN the lens in the implantation of two suspended. Methods: The hospital eye underwent surgery because of trauma, intracapsular removal postoperative complications of cataract surgery due to dislocation of lens capsule membrane rupture or absence of 120 patients (135), divided into experimental and control groups to compare using conventional PMMA crystal and use AAREN crystals efficacy analysis AAREN the clinical advantages. Conclusion: AAREN artificial lens alternative to traditional hard lens as a new suspension lens, simple operation, less invasive, rapid postoperative recovery, the effect is good. 【Keywords】 artificial crystal; Phase ii implant; AAREN 针对白内障术后后囊破裂、晶状体囊膜缺失的患者，传统的做法是进行人工晶状体二期悬吊植入术，常规采用的是2个袢上带孔的PMMA晶状体，因为其光学区直径大，质地硬，手术切口较大，约6-7mm，术中玻璃体流失多，易出血，恢复慢。我院采用AAREN人工晶状体折叠植入，效果满意。 1 资料和方法 1.1一般资料： 选取1990-2000年及2001-2011年两个区间于昆明医学院第二附属医院眼科接受手术治疗的因为外伤、囊内摘除术后、白内障手术并发症所致晶状体脱位、囊膜破裂或缺失的患者120例（135眼），分成实验组和对照组，每组各60例，其中男56，女64，平均年龄42.4岁，在前次手术后3个月以上，待炎症稳定后行人工晶状体二期植入术。 1.2 方法： 分析实验组和对照组的所有患者，观察两组患者术中及术后恢复情况并进行比较，术后随访，并进行问卷调查，了解患者满意度。运用统计学方法进行分析。 1．3 统计学方法 对两组患者各项评价指标进行χ2检验，采用SPSS 19．0统计软件进行。 2．结果 2.1 比较两组患者自然情况
