西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文第 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第 II 页 Abstract N-butanol, NaOH and CS2 as staring materials, water as solvent, the n-butyl xanthate was synthesized. The n-butyl xanthate salt was dissolved in methanol, tetramethyl ammonium chloride was added into it and the solvent was stirred at room temperature to get n-butyl xanthate - tetramethyl quaternary ammonium ionic liquids; take 0.01mol tetramethylammonium chloride, 0.01mol accelerator M and 0.01mol of KOH was added into 100ml round-bottomed flask ,and using 50ml methanol dissolve them; then was stirred 1h at room temperature (25 ℃). After the reaction was stopped ,the mixtures were filtered to remove the solid impurities which have not reacted, and the filtrate was rotary evaporated to remove the methanol solvent, to give a pale yellow viscous liquid, then wash it with acetone and shaken 30min, re-filtered it to remove the KCl solid, and the filtrate solvent was removed acetone by rotary evaporation and get the crude product, after the crude product was washed several times repeatedly ,we obtain the pure product, which was precipit ated at 5 ℃ for 24h. In the same way, M- octadecyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium ionic liquids; M- myristyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium ionic liquids; M- octadecyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium ionic liquids ; M- benzyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium ionic liquids; M-2 / chloroethyl trimethyl quaternary ammonium ionic liquids were obtained respectively .the Structure of the products were determined by mass spectroscopy (MS), elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H -NMR) were determined. The obtained products as vulcanization accelerators for natural rubber (NR), and the effects of the properties of the natural rubber products with the different amount of ionic liquids or different vulcanization temperatures or different vulcanization times, we made a comparative experiment which added the commercial vulcanization accelerator TMTD, CBS
