But when pressing a key of the remote controller, under the control of the oscillation pulse of the crystal CF, the keyboard signal is converted into an infrared signal to emit in a series of processing in the integrated block. The remote controller is most easily damaged by a fall vibration, and the circuit fault is relatively less. During the repair, the remote control device can replace the integrated block with the same type of device, and the drive tube and the infrared transmitting tube can find the replacement parts with approximately appropriate parameters. For example, more C1815 on the market, S8050 tube can replace the NPN type push tube, and the CD9012 pipe can replace the PNP type push pipe. The infrared spectrum of the telecontrol infrared transmitting tube is about 950mm, and the transmitting power is not large. Besides the individual case, the remote control transmitting tube of the color TV can be exchanged with each other. Most of the remote control oscillation crystal frequency requirements are not high, can be used for similar change.
