三 江 学 院 本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目 某筒形零件机械加工工艺规程及工装设计 高等职业技术学院 机械设计制造及其自动化 专业 学生姓名 杜劼 学号 G095152008 指导教师 陈本德 职称 高工 指导教师工作单位 三江学院 起讫日期 2012.12.17 ～2013.4.5 摘 要 本设计主要研究某筒形零件的机械制造工艺和工艺夹具设计，该筒形零件主要作用是保证对箱体起密封作用，使箱体在工作时不致让油液渗漏。对内表面的加工精度要求比较高,对配合面的表面粗糙度要求也较高。填料箱主要由填料，水封环，填料筒，填料压盖，水封管组成。填料函的作用主要是为了封闭泵壳与泵轴之间的空隙，不让泵内的水流不流到外面来也不让外面的空气进入到泵内。始终保持水泵内的真空！当泵轴与填料摩擦产生热量就要靠水封管住水到水封圈内使填料冷却，保持水泵的正常运行[1]。 本次设计旨在提高填料箱盖的加工效，设计正确的加工工艺路线，由此我们首先对填料箱盖的结构特征和工艺进行了仔细的分析，然后确定了一套合理的加工方案，加工方案要求简单，操作方便，并能保证零件的加工质量。填料箱盖的加工质量将直接影响机器的性能和使用寿命。 在制定加工工艺规程的顺序共采用四大步骤进行加工，分别是（1）CAXA实体设计零件的分析（3）工艺设计：包括制定工艺路线，选择基准面,选择机床，机械加工余量、工序尺寸及毛坯尺寸的确定及计算基本工时等（4）专用夹具设计。(5)编制工艺文件[2]。 关键词：筒形零件；制造工艺；夹具；设计 ABSTRACT Filler lid, its main role is to ensure that the seal the box, the box will not let the oil leakage in the work.
